A Warm Welcome
I’m a clinical psychologist and Hakomi-trained somatic psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in supporting people in their journey of healing and inner-transformation.
My Approach
I offer an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy. I draw from a range techniques and theory derived from Eastern and Western psychology, such as Buddhist psychotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and depth psychotherapy.
I have additionally completed a 3-year training in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapy. Hakomi is a state-of-the-art mindfulness therapy, combining advances in neuroscience with the perennial wisdom of Buddhism and Taoism’s Eastern traditions. Hakomi is a gentle yet powerful experiential psychotherapy, which utilises mindfulness and somatic interventions, through which we engage in a shared exploration of your inner-world to support healing and growth.
The aim of psychotherapy is to promote self-awareness, transformation, and healing. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather a collaborative process between you and me. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner-transformation. I am committed to helping you navigate the challenges you face and empowering you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Outside of work, I am a practicing yogi, and I love reading, learning, practicing meditation, and writing.
Practice Location
