This program teaches cutting-edge concepts and strategies to employees and leaders on how to support resilience, wellbeing, and motivation in the workplace.

My program covers:

  • Understanding maintaining factors of resilient states of mind
  • How to prevent and treat burn-out
  • Stress management techniques, incl. strategies to re-frame stress to be empowering opportunities
  • How to build foundations for mental health and resilience
  • A range of immediately employable strategies for people to practice to support their psychological resilience and motivation
  • Format: Can be delivered as a half-day (3 hour) or full-day (6 hour) workshop.
  • Optional: post-workshop individual coaching sessions to support employees integrating theory & strategies.
